Darwin Initiative project launched in Guyana

British High Commission hosts launch of 'Integrating traditional knowledge into conservation policy in Guyana' project in Georgetown.

At his residency in Bel Air, Georgetown, British High Commissioner Greg Quinn began the evening of presentations and video screenings, followed by project partners, and culminating with Minister of Indigenous Peoples Affairs, Sydney Allicock, emphasising the need for a national plan for traditional knowledge, a key output of the project.
